PAGURU DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

Small and mid-sized schools relied on disconnected tools to manage students, payments and classes, which made operations and knowledge transfer between people difficult. I designed an integrated app (enrollment, attendance, payments, receipt issuing, interaction between teachers, students and managers) alongside a web dashboard for administrative tasks, with a Material Design-based interface. The result cut operational management time and made an affordable subscription model viable for this segment.

Hospital managers relied on WhatsApp groups to find available doctors, which made filling shifts slow and disorganized. I designed an app that connects managers and on-call doctors, with shift postings by criteria and social-media integration. The result removed the dependence on WhatsApp, cut the time to fill shifts and improved alignment between both sides.

I worked on defining the problem, the target audience (notary holders, staff and exam candidates) and the app flows, with an interface based on Material Design / Material You. The project aimed to speed up legal lookups in notary-office operations through technology.
